1. Use of our Services

TASKAS Technologies provides custom software, website design, UI/UX design, and AI automation. The pricing generated by the Estimator Tool represents a preliminary estimate range and does not constitute a legally binding service contract.

2. Intellectual Property

Upon final payment for a completed custom project, full intellectual property ownership, source files, and database architectures are transferred entirely to the client. TASKAS retains rights to general code structures and reusable helper components.

3. Disclaimer of Warranties

Services are provided "as is" and "as available". We do not warrant that service operations will be completely uninterrupted or error-free, but we commit to dedicated tech support and service SLA parameters established in contract details.
